Lord you know where I’m going to go. You know the places on the road I’m going to stumble and you know the places I will soar.

Lord you know the oceans I have been in and you have seen the waves that came over my head. You were the breathe in my lungs when I went under. You were the one who pulled me out over the waves. You have rescued me how could I not sing about your wonderful ways? How could I not trust you with my life? Life came from you.

You gave and I failed to take; you gave and I sought elsewhere; you gave and I received. I do not know how you can keep giving to me. I am overwhelmed by how good you constantly are. How you took me as undeserving as I am amazes me.

I surrender myself to you. Take my life and do whatever you want, Lord; you will do good always. That’s your character. Thank you for all you do and all you are, Lord! You are so good.
